Parses layer metadata from gcode comments using automatic slicer detection
Parameters
- commands: GCodeCommand[]
  Array of gcode commands
- parser: SlicerMetadataParser
  Parser to use, or null to detect one from the commands
Returns SlicerMetadataResult
Parsed metadata result with layers and detected slicer name
